Merchandise Planner

Our team is expanding and we are currently searching for a Merchandise Planner to join the team based in our beautiful new office based in Alexandria. This role is permanent, full time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of category OTB on a seasonal basis, which includes but is not limited to subcategory sales and stock management, range and option planning.
- Planning and analysis including; in-season and post season analysis SWOT with a focus on driving actions.
- Develop and implement seasonal sub-category plans, identifying market opportunities to drive group sales, margin and adhere to stock targets.
- Maintain and execute core forecasting (monthly) - provide production with reorders.
- Provide size curve analysis for new and re-orders.
- Support buying with product analysis including, sell thru, productivity, re-order suggestions.
- Hold monthly Merchandise and Category Projection meetings with the Buying Team.
- Support Buying team to ensure B&M store capacity plans are met and maintained.
- Ensure delivery dates are up to date on system by subcategory to ensure forward intake is accurate for MFP.
- Analyse and provide Allocation recommendations to trade the business.
- Accountable for product life cycle including consolidation, product movement, transfers and exit strategy in order to maximise group KPIs through business approved aged inventory levers.
- Management of data integrity (inventory and merchandise) across of the group.
- Support the Merchandise Manager in training and developing the Merchandise team.
