We are looking for a **Workplace Health and Safety Officer **to join our team. Primary duties will include:
**Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist in the preparation & implementation of health and safety plans
- Complete risk assessments, audits, task observations and safety investigations
- Complete and maintain any documentation required on the project as per the Federal Safety Accreditation and ISO Accreditation requirements
- Ensure relevant legislation is adhered to
- Provide training and support to the team members
- Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders

**Essential Skills required undertaking this role**:

- Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
- Time management and task prioritization capabilities, with an ability to meet deadlines and manage pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Qualified in OHS
