Joining this evolving high end Real Estate Office, a critical position has become available due to growth as an Administration Operations Supervisor in the Inner North of Brisbane.

This position will see you supporting the Operations Manager, concentrating on recruitment strategies, and contributing to continuous operational enhancements. Additionally, you will provide ongoing training and support to the administrative team, fostering their development and providing assistance as needed.

**About the Position**:

- Be the go-to person, ensuring seamless operations for the Business Operations Manager
- Provide ongoing training, development, and support to the Sales Administration Team
- Social media content creation to elevate brand awareness
- Ongoing support for the Recruitment Process
- Oversee the planning and execution of internal key events

**About you**:

- Previous experience in the real estate industry and an understanding of the local property market (desirable)
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Knowledge of forecasting and goal setting/devising sales targets and bonus structures
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
