Our busy Marketing Team are seeking a Signage Assistant to work with our Signage Manager across Australia to support in the areas of printing, production and field installation of all external and internal signage at TOMRA Australia recycling points.

This includes Automated RVM Kiosks, Depots and Reverse Vending Centers. While you will primarily work on new signage production and installation, you will also be involved in the on-going management, repairs and replacements of signage that is already in field throughout our network across Australia.

Consequently this role offers a great opportunity to see our beautiful Australian landscapes at some of the most iconic locations across the country - as there is a requirement to regularly travel throughout NSW and interstate for several days at a time - sometimes at relatively short notice. Potentially up to 16-20 weeks of the year depending upon the future needs of the business.

This role will come with a supplied vehicle, therefore a driving record check and pre-employment medical will be performed.

**Some of the duties you may perform**:

- Work with the Marketing Activations team to develop, produce and install the necessary external and internal signage for all new TOMRA return point installations across all states (NSW, VIC, QLD, NT, TAS and WA)
- Assist with the development and install of Directional Signage to improve the visibility of existing and future return points
- When not installing signage at new TOMRA collection points, the Signage Assistant will be expected to undertake daily visual site audits on a continual basis across the TOMRA network to ensure 100% consistency of signage and communication in respect to both instructional signage and marketing signage
- Assist with the efficient repair and/or replacement of any signage that is not in line with the signage agreed to by marketing and service. In addition to this, manage the inventory of all signage in a cost efficient and logístically effective way.
- Assist with ways to reduce costs across our signage portfolio, our annual signage requirements and all Marketing collateral and POS that is required. Both in terms of marketing campaigns and operational signage.
- Assist with matters relating to the cost-efficient creation and installation of branded and non-branded signage as it relates to the successful operation of CDS collection points in all states TOMRA operates in.

**Qualifications** What makes a great Signage Assistant at TOMRA**:

- Previous experience in signage production and/or installation (Not necessary but will be highly regarded)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Someone who enjoys being outdoors & on the go
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable on a daily basis
- Commitment to helping us build a recycling network we are proud of
- White card and working at heights (Not essential as TOMRA will assist you in gaining these)
- Ability and willingness to regularly travel interstate & across NSW
- Good driving history (evidence required) and ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test
