
Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our busy team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide personalised administrative support to our executives and ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage directors' calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information and maintain records
- Conduct research and provide information as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ormeau, QLD 4208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
