We’re looking for a motivated **junior trades assistant** to join the team at **TCB Solar**.

No experience? No problem.

If you’re reliable, hands-on, and keen to learn — we’ll show you the ropes.

This is a **hands-on, entry-level role** with the potential to move into an **electrical apprenticeship** for the right person.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist electricians with solar installs
- Carry tools and equipment
- Work safely on roofs and around power
- Learn the basics of solar systems and site setup

**What You’ll Need**
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to work outdoors and at heights
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- White Card (or willingness to get one quickly)

**What You’ll Get**
- $25/hour to start

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
