**About Us**

Honour Care (Shiny Care Pty Ltd) is a registered NDIS provider, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to our clients. We are currently seeking a **male Support Worker** (participant preference) to assist an independent male client living in Loganholme, QLD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick-up and transport the participant safely to planned activities (e.g., movies, shops, walks, cafes)
- Encourage social participation and community engagement
- Provide light domestic assistance (tidying, dishes, folding laundry, meal preparation)
- Follow care notes and the client’s support plan in line with NDIS requirements
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Complete short shift reports and communicate effectively with family/team
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the NDIS Code of Conduct

**About You**
- Male support worker (requested by participant)
- Friendly, reliable, and engaging—able to plan simple, enjoyable outings
- Confident driver with a reliable vehicle; attentive to safety (awareness of seizure risk is an advantage)
- Comfortable with light household tasks and structured routines
