About the role:
The Visual Designer, part of the Brand & Marketing team in Customer Markets, creates compelling visual content to support AGL's campaigns and communications, aligning with the company's tone of voice and market presence. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute market propositions while maintaining strong ties to the Creative Services chapter for expertise sharing and upholding design best practices. Reporting to Marketing, the Visual Designer contributes to achieving business objectives and enhancing AGL's brand through strategic visual design.

What you can expect in the role:

- Produce visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, animation and print media.
- Ensure AGL’s brand identity is consistent across all platforms and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Manage and prioritize design requests for multiple external campaigns and internal needs.
- Provide visual design expertise during campaign planning activities.
- Work with teams to generate creative design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Organize and maintain a central repository for design assets, ensuring easy access for team members.

What we would like to see you bring:

- Demonstrates experience in visual arts, design, or graphic design with relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in visual and digital design, with a strong portfolio of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD In-designer, After Effects) and design tools.
- Passion for creativity and innovation, delivering high-quality visual designs that enhance brand presence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design visions and objectives.
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects independently and ensuring timely delivery.
