**The Role**:
Our client is looking for an experienced and creative Event and Conference Coordinator who has a solid connection to their values and places a high value on teamwork.

Reporting to the Communication & Event Manager, you will have a demonstrated history of event coordination and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. In addition to coordinating staff and stakeholder events, the Event and Conference Coordinator is required to work with the Communication & Event Manager in delivering stakeholder and tenant events for all the companies’ brands.

**This role includes but is not limited to the following specific roles**:

- Management of all our Conference and Meeting Facilities
- Identifying the business requirements and expectations for each event
- Manage the online booking system as well as the conference, meetings, and events calendar
- Preparing event budgets and processing invoices
- Researching and booking venues
- Organising suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment
- Coordinating all logístical elements of the event
- Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event

The Event and Conference Coordinator is responsible for the booking, management, and performance of all our conference and meeting facilities, including the facilities located across the company.

**This role includes but is not limited to the following specific roles**:

- Receive and respond to enquiries for each function room within the properties
- Manage the online booking system as well as the conference, meetings, and events calendar
- Organising and coordinating logistics, including cleaning and scheduling rooms to be unlocked
- Ensure equipment is in full working order
- Provide technical support as required
- Work with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive sales and market our facilities
- Undertake daily inspections of shared areas and assets, ensuring a presentable, safe, operational, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders

**Skills and Experience**:

- Qualifications, experience, or skills in similar or relevant role
- 1-2 years experience in the events/conference space
- Both Internal and External Relationship Management
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Software - MS Office and CRM for sales and marketing
- Team Player
- As a part of this role, you will be required to pass a security clearance and pre-employment medical assessment._
