**Who we are looking for**

Chiropractic Life is seeking a Conference & Events Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of events and formats, including but not limited to large scale conferences, events & exhibitions, hybrid & virtual events, roadshows and professional development workshops and webinars.

This newly created role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work across the business during an exciting time of transformation and growth. You will leverage relationships across the broader marketing team and the national chiropractic teams, in over 40 practices, to identify opportunities and to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of the local conferences and events.

**Essential**:

- Have experience running end to end conferences & events across multiple day programs
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Take responsibility for all aspects of the role from handover to post event deliverables and reporting
- Have the ability to delegate & coach both in the lead up and onsite at events as well as manage retrospectives to assess any opportunities to improve
- Develop event briefs, exhibition manuals and run sheets
- Have strong sponsor, exhibitor and supplier relationship management skills and the ability to secure and retain these organisations
- Manage the finances of each event as per approved budgets
- Work with the marketing team to develop communications to drive registrations and foot traffic at the events
- Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Have experience using EventBrite, Zoom etc to deliver virtual events
- Understand the registration process and its platforms - have end to end responsibility for the management of the registration process and own & lead the event registration platform and database
- Be a team player and thrive working as part of a small team
- Due to the nature of this role, there will be out of hours events that will need to be coordinated as part of this role, these will be coordinated in advance

**Desirable**:

- At least 5 years experience in the management and execution of major events, conferences, exhibitions
- Ability and willingness to develop ongoing and excellent knowledge of the chiropractic sector
- Strong relationship building experience
- Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage well with people
