**The Company**

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company providing products and services to Hospitals and Medical professionals to improve the lives of acute and chronically ill patients. Currently, they are looking for an experienced pharmaceutical sales manager to manage a specialty care team on a National Level.

**The Role**
- Manage a team of specialty care representatives across the country in highly specialised therapeutic areas
- Lead, coach, motivate and drives the performance of the sales team
- Contributes to strategy and sales tactics
- Spend time in field coaching and developing the sales team, ensuring the team is achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Conduct sales meetings, report to the sales directors and report on market activities
- Influence key account strategy in tandem with appropriate cross-functional partners
- Agile and forward-thinking, highly strategic, creative and inspiring
- Strong people leader who can add value to the sales team and lead their development and high-level performance
- Previous experience managing a specialty care team in the pharmaceutical industry is absolutely essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and well-developed collaboration skills
- Degree-level qualifications and proven success as a people leader
- Ability to travel weekly intra-state and monthly interstate
