Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and energetic Junior Plan Manager to join our friendly team in our Parramatta office. **About the role**
The Junior Plan Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for financially managing the plans of NDIS participants and support them to utilise their funding. The Plan Manager processes and supports new NDIS plan requests, ensures invoices are accurately coded to client’s accounts and within the specified rules of the NDIA program, and provides up to date and accurate information to all clients in receipt of plan management services.
**Duties**:
- Ensuring NDIS plans are implemented as intended.
- Managing paperwork related to purchases and payments for services through the scheme.
- Processing invoice payments and managing administrative tasks related to NDIS plan funding ensuring NDIS compliance.
- Overseeing financial aspects of NDIS plans.
- Liaising with Providers and Support Coordinators where needed.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Verifying data accuracy.
**Essential Skills**:
- Exceptional attention to detail to identify and resolve issues.
- At least 1 year experience in NDIS industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365, and CRM systems.
- Driven by a desire to help our participants get the most out of their NDIS plans.
- Quick learning and adaptability.
- Effective team communication.
**Desired, but not Essential**:
- NDIS plan management experience.
- Strong understanding of NDIS line items, budget categories, and price caps.
- Financial background (Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Mathematics education).
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve daily KPIs.
- Speaking a second language
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Own car (or access to one) with full comprehensive insurance
- Attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve daily KPIs
- Willing to conduct police check
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
