The Role

Manage a fast growing portfolio of short stay apartments in Melbourne CBD reporting to senior management. Your everyday duties will include:

- Arranging maintenance & purchasing
- Handling booking inquiries/reservations and Guest Communications.
- Arranging & managing cleaning companies/contractors
- Arranging & managing guest check ins
- Assist in business development, in areas of interest to you. E.g. pricing, online marketing, new property acquisition, setup & IT.

Based in our office opposite Southern Cross Station you will use foot/bike/tram visiting all our CBD properties when required.

Full Time Role Available or Part Time role 3 days per week average Available. Weekend and Evening work will be required.

Australian citizenship or a visa allowing for work (including suitable student visas) must be held.

Opportunities to take on additional responsibility over time are likely as the organisation continues to grow.

You are able to demonstrate a high level of reliability & organisational skills; a personality suitable for customer service and reasonable web/smartphone skills.

You are comfortable juggling many tasks at once. You are adept at triaging them and solving problems on the fly.

You might have 1-5 yrs experience as a property manager or assistant and are tired of the hands off low service approach. You might have a few years in a hotel team lead role and are tired of the excessive and unnecessary costs. Or you may have none of the above, but can demonstrate a passion for getting things done, and the care to ensure nothing important is forgotten be it in your past employment, in your studies or outside of work.
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Mandarin (in addition to English)
- Driver’s license
- Living in or very close to Melbourne CBD

Competitive, merit based salary offered.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
