THE OPPORTUNITY

Managing a portfolio of services across the Brisbane area (including Enoggera, Manly and Aspley), you will be responsible for guiding a team of Coordinators to deliver high quality OSHC experiences. The role includes being the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for a portfolio of services ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework. As Regional Manager you will provides support for people matters, nurture the relationship with the school and resolves parent/school enquiries.

ABOUT YOU

Leadership experience in a childcare or OSHC setting will provide the foundation for success in this role. Additionally, you will be skilled at mentoring a team to its fullest potential, offering support, guidance, and direction. A completed Diploma (or above) in childcare is essential together with a First Aid Level 2 Certificate.
