**EMR Project Support Officer**

**Location**: Ballarat Central, VIC, AU, 3350

**Fixed-Term until December 2026**

**Full-Time (open to part-time) with monthly ADO**

**About the role**

The EMR Project Support Officer will provide high level administrative and project support to the Director and project team in the management and implementation of the Grampians Health Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Project.

The GH EMR Project is a large-scale clinical transformation project across Grampians Health, and an opportunity to be part of the organisation’s digital transformation journey. The EMR project aims to deliver a comprehensive digital patient record across the ambulatory and inpatient areas of GH.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide diverse administrative and related project support tasks
- Provide secretariat support to project meetings and working groups
- Manage relevant registers and databases and provide project progress reports as required.
- Assist project team with background research and analysis.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute and maintain project status reports including progress, tracking to schedule, risks and issues.
- Develop project cost allocation spreadsheets and liaise with Finance for tracking and reporting of project budgets and expenditure

**Skills & Experience**
- Qualifications in project or administration management would be an advantage
- Experience working within health would be an advantage
- Sound experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior level management on large projects in complex environments
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to form collaborative business relationships;
- Adaptable and organised
- Proactive, able to support the development of new team processes and reports
- The ability to operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
