**The Role**
As a Trades Assistant with Hybrid Systems Australia, you will have the opportunity to interface with multidiscipline trades within our business with a focus on the mechanical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the mechanical team in carrying out service-related tasks
- Interface with a multidisciplinary workforce, electricians, metal fabricators, and heavy diesel mechanics
- Assist with maintaining the workshop and all related equipment
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Previous experience in trades assisting favoured
- MR-license desirable, or willing to commit to development training
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, and puts safety at the forefront of every task
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to follow instruction
- Ability to work well in a team-orientated environment
- Committed to delivering delegated tasks to meet timelines
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
