**Key Responsibilities**

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the go-to-market execution of paid campaigns across digital marketing platforms, paid media, social media, CRM, and website. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will partner with the team to ensure core brand messages resonate with target market. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with analytics to deliver impactful results across all paid platforms.

As our Digital & Campaign Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with marketing team, to design campaign strategy, and drive measurable results while collaborating with other stakeholders.

**What You’ll Do**

**Paid Digital Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement data-driven Google Ads and META Ads strategies tailored to each brand’s objectives.
- Execute campaigns end-to-end, from creative development to launch, ensuring brand alignment.
- Monitor CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages to optimize conversions.
- Analyse campaign data, adjust bids, and reallocate budgets to maximise efficiency and ROI.

**Campaign & Paid Content Management**
- Maintain an annual marketing calendar and assist the marketing team to develop paid campaign calendar, ensuring multi-channel consistency.
- Lead planning & execution of campaigns, promotions, and projects across media & creative.
- Support large-scale sales campaigns (Black Friday, Boxing Day, EOFY, etc.).
- Create and maintain an annual content calendar for paid channels ATL.
- Track campaign progress, analyse customer data, and report key insights for ongoing optimisation.
- Provide campaign assets brief for the agency

**Brand & Performance Marketing**
- Execute multi-channel campaigns while ensuring consistent brand alignment.
- Develop channel, campaign, and promotional plans & briefs to guide creative and media execution.
- Track performance and report on ROI, ROAS, and other key metrics to inform future strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign management.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pmax campaign, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns while optimising performance and budgets.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience running A/B tests to refine ad copy, bid strategies, and user experiences.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to lead campaigns across various markets.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Google Ad Manager/ Meta Ads: 3 years (preferred)
