About the Role

Our Deputy Chief Executive Officer is looking for an Executive Assistant We are looking for an experienced EA to provide one-to-one support based in our Melbourne office. This role requires someone with the ability to anticipate the needs of our Deputy CEO and be able to maintain motivation and initiative with mínimal direction. This role will also manage a lot of sensitive matters and will be expected to assist in executing business strategy and driving projects.

**The role will be responsible for**:

- Inbox & key contact management
- Coordinating meeting requirements - anticipating information required and producing it in advance
- Data entry, minutes, actions and collating meeting requirements
- Booking and arranging all travel both domestic and international
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
- Preparation of presentations, reports, business plans, roadmaps and strategy documents
- Processing of expenses
- Assisting the Commercial team where required

About You

As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will have an exceptional ability to read between the lines and a knack for managing up. You will have the confidence to support large-scale projects and plan, coordinate and prioritise work in an environment with multiple and sometimes conflicting demands. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in establishing relationships at all levels and feels comfortable to speak openly and operate with absolute integrity.

We would love to have someone join that has previous experience working closely with leaders in a start-up business. Whilst DUAL is a well-established business, the heart, pride, and investment in the success of this business is like that of a start-up.
