**THE ORGANISATION**

Our client is an international business within the manufacturing sector. They are a fast-paced and dynamic organisation and you will be joining a small collaborative and high-performing HR team who are passionate about what they do.

Please note this is a 6 month temporary position and the office is located in Western Sydney.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of generalist tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the business. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling and overseeing various first-line HR inquiries and overseeing payroll which is outsourced. You will have the opportunity to have a real impact across the HR team and support on cyclical activities and project work.

**THE CRITERIA**

To be successful, you must be ideally tertiary qualified in a relevant field and have a minimum 1-2 years of previous HR & Payroll experience. You must also have excellent knowledge of local payroll polices. This role would be suitable for individuals looking for exposure to all HR facets to grow and develop in their career. You will have a positive mindset and be driven, enthusiastic and keen to learn. You must also have strong communication skills and be able to prioritise and manage your own time efficiently.
