**About the Role**

The role will develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings and increase efficiency across a variety of direct and indirect categories. To achieve these outcomes the role will:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve favourable terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise.

**Skills & Experience**

We are keen to discuss the role with applicants who have proven procurement experience, including running formal tender processes, and have exposure to direct and indirect spend categories within a manufacturing environment. Adaptability, strength in communciation, and a desire to lead and develop a team, are seen as critical attributes to thrive in this hyper growth business.
