Job Title: Front of House Manager Location: Gather Bistro, Australia

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all front of house operations ensuring consistent high-quality service.
- Manage and lead a team of service professionals, fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff and management to create seamless dining experiences for our guests.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies for the restaurant.
- Schedule reservations and parties or special events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an exceptional ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent understanding of dining etiquette, customer service principles, and procedures.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for providing an excellent guest experience.

**Salary**: The remuneration package will be in the $70,000+ per annum, commensurate with the successful applicant's qualifications and experience.
