Front of House Lead

**About the Role**
An exciting new opportunity for a Front of House Lead (FOH), based in Newstead.

In this role you will be the face of the organisation You will be responsible for:

- General Operations: ensuring that the site is always effectively managed and staffed to the correct levels, managing day to day operations.
- Finance and Administration: responsible for overseeing the ordering of all goods and services.
- Leadership and Management: dealing with staff and guests in a polite, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Security, Health & Safety, Maintenance: adhering to Health & Safety requirements and regulations within the workplace and to re-emphasise these to all staff.
- Client Service and Culture: providing best in class service for our clients, guests, and employees at all times.

In this role, you will work closely with other departments in event planning, co-ordination, and delivery. This role will be the fabric that brings people together so will have a focus on community development within our sites - working with the broader Workplace Experience team and the site landlords to create opportunities for our teams to connect.

As the face of our client services floor, you are highly visible, strategic in nature, forward thinking and the conduit between our wider business and all facets of our operating team.

As our Front of House Lead, you will have a passion for curating exceptional experiences for all clients, guests, and employees. Naturally you are a smooth operator, continually monitoring the space, equipment, and furniture to ensure our premium standards are maintained.
