About the RoleBreastScreen Queensland Brisbane Southside Service provides a breast cancer screening and assessment service for eligible women aged 40 and over. Staff operate as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a client-centric model and philosophy of excellence in health service delivery.
- Utilise a range of specific information and technology systems related to BreastScreen Queensland and the role including (but not limited to) the BreastScreen Queensland database (BSQR3 / BSQR4), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Kiteworks (secure file transfer). Proactively work with the collective management team to plan and maximise available appointment capacity to meet client demand and Service needs. - Ensure that screening appointments are scheduled on BSQR3 for all BSQ BSS screening sites up to 3 months in advance (depending on current and future needs). Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, staff and other service providers.
