**What you will be responsible for**:

- Accounts - debtor reports and collection calls provide copy of invoices and credit notes and send statements of accounts
- Maintain and control data in relation to the client organisation in MDG/CW1, mainly via receipt allocation, credit terms, etc
- Enter and maintain comments/notes into customer’s organisation in CW1
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding customer accounts and invoicing
- Ensure accuracy of recorded data in a time efficient manner
- Provide high level of customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Reconcile customer accounts as required
- Complete paperwork in a clear, legible and accurate manner

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accoutns & administration within the Freight Forwarding industry, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management
- Ability to work within a team environment
