**The Company**

A vacancy exists with one of the world's leading manufacturers that deal with products and solutions for global building and construction industries. They have been a community partner locally for decades.

**The Role**

As a Credit Controller, you will have excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills to provide management of debts and minimising overdue and high-risk debts.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Monitor and review with management high risk accounts, engage and work collectively across teams to reduce overdue debt
- Follow company processes and procedures with regards to collection and escalation
- Manage high volume ledger, updating debtor information and monitoring credit limits
- Reconcile complex accounts with excellent attention to detail
- Monitor and action credit limits in-house with the appropriate personnel
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail

**Your Profile**

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable/Credit role (FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience advantageous)
- Knowledge of Credit Control function and end to end Accounts Receivable framework
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office products (essential) and SAP
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
