Our client is a well-know leader within their industry and committed to providing exceptional services to our staff and customers. They are currently seeking a Credit Control Officer to join their Finance & Administration team.

**About the role**:

- Support and answer internal and external customer queries related to credit claims
- Investigate credit claims against invoices
- Assist the Finance & Admin Team Lead with the analysis of invoices, credits, and cancellation requests
- Understand billing disputes and clearly convey them to the relevant manager for resolution
- Manage the short payment register
- Maintain accurate and effective invoicing records

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage own workload
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous finance or accounting experience
- Experience gained within a high-volume organisation in similar role
- Strong data analytic skillset
