Eleven is a design-focused events agency with an online retail space. Eleven is looking at hiring a Marketing Coordinator / creative all-rounder to manage all social media aspects and execute marketing strategies.

Eleven works with a range of brands, individuals and businesses across multiple industries to conceptualise and execute innovative and meaningful events. Some of our clients include Bannisters Hotels, Bollinger, Ikkari, Sarah Sebastian and Maggie Marilyn. We have recently launched an online retail shop of a collection of tableware from international and local artists.

We are looking for someone who understands that working in a small business sometimes means doing tasks outside their usual role, and who is self-driven and proactive in their approach. An understanding and knowledge of marketing and social media management is required.

The Role:

- 1 to 2 days a week, equal to 8 - 16 hours per week (hours can be spread across the week).
- Working from home/ remotely can be accommodated on a week-week basis
- Manage Social Media Calendar (Instagram): engage, post, create reels and content:

- Posting to the grid 4 x times a week.
- Managing the calendar a month in advance
- Spending key posting times engaging on IG
- Pinterest Management: Posting to Pinterest Monthly
- Creating monthly newsletters on Klayvio
- Assist onsite at events capturing BTS footage as well as the finished product. This could occasionally fall outside the part-time contract and therefore will be paid accordingly.
- Opportunity to grow into a full time role or into other areas of the business.

About You:

- 1-2 Years Experience in social media management, marketing and/or content strategy.
- Familiar with scheduling content (we use Sked) across all mediums.
- Design-focused, a passion for aesthetics and all things social.
- Basic understanding in TikTok
- Experience in META Ads, Shopify and LinkedIn is a bonus
