We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Sydney. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our short-term rental marketing efforts, driving direct bookings, maximizing property occupancy, increasing brand visibility, and supporting our overall growth strategy.

You’ll blend marketing creativity with strategic sales insights to develop engaging campaigns, manage the marketing of our property portfolio, and collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance guest satisfaction and support our business goals.

Job Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase property bookings and awareness.
- Analyze guest behavior and market trends to inform pricing and promotions.
- Manage calendar availability by identifying vacancy gaps and launching special offers.
- Coordinating the production of social media content.
- Handle guest sales inquiries, with a focus on converting direct inquiries into bookings and increasing direct customer acquisition
- Maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and OTA partners.
- Assist with the onboarding and marketing of new listings across platforms.

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or short-term rental sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with tools including Google Workspace, Looker Studio, Mailchimp, Mews, SiteMinder, Airbnb, VRBO.
- Experience with guest communication and customer conversion is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or commerce
