We are seeking a female experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker for casual ongoing shifts**.** Your primary responsibility will be to support participants living with a disability in their homes. This role can involve manual handling, community access, transportation, personal care, and companionship. You may be required to take clients out to appointments or on fun day trips, so a driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.

We have plenty of penalty shifts on offer so the availability to work a full roster will be highly regarded. This role is perfect for someone with a person-centered approach, who is energetic and excited to make a difference in people’s lives and is passionate about the work they do.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- A relevant qualification in Disability (Cert III or Cert IV) or studying
- Relevant, industry related reference checks
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a Victorian Working with Children’s Check for employment purposes
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Medication Administration Training highly regarded
- Completed the NDIS Workers Orientation module
- Completed COVID 19 Infection Control Training
- Drivers license with own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
