**About the Role**

Are you a high-energy, driven landscape professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Landscape Supervisor with a minimum of 1 year of experience. In this full-time role, you will lead our projects and guide your team by identifying and fostering potential in every member, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Oversight**: Manage and execute diverse landscaping projects, including contract planting, mulching, turfing, and general landscaping across Perth.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead by example, providing hands-on supervision and mentorship to develop team potential and maintain high performance standards.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and the execution of landscape construction tasks while adhering to industry best practices and safety regulations.
- **Client & Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain clear communication with head landscapers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to our culture of innovation and quality.

**Requirements and Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in landscape construction or a related supervisory role.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong understanding of landscaping techniques and project management fundamentals, with the ability to read and interpret technical plans.
- **Attributes**:

- High energy, driven, and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to identify, foster, and lead potential within your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **Qualifications**: Relevant certifications or qualifications in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field are desirable.
- **Licenses**: Current Manual Driver’s Licence and a valid White Card.
