Our dedication to quality work, reliability, and customer satisfaction has earned us a loyal clientele and a solid reputation in the market. We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Detailer to join our Auto Services team at our Mandurah centre.

Key Responsibilities:
This position is integral to our team, providing an exceptional customer service experience. Responsibilities include driving the courtesy vehicle and washing and vacuuming customer vehicles after service and maintenance.

Overall responsibilities include:

- Washing and vacuuming all member and customer vehicles
- Operating the courtesy bus service - picking up and dropping off customers
- Maintaining the courtesy vehicle's appearance and readiness
- Delivering an outstanding level of customer service
- Ensuring a clean and safe work bay environment
- Handling administrative duties, including filing and banking

This role is offered on a _full-time, permanent basis_. The working hours are 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent driving skills
- Effective teamwork skills and the ability to foster positive workplace relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Competency in using basic electronic equipment, including mobile phones and GPS systems
- A C Class manual driver's license with a clean driving record
