About the Role

Vehicle Fleet Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to monitor and maintain accurate vehicle asset data for maintenance planning, replacement scheduling, and cost control.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Develop and publish reports on fleet compliance against key criteria;
  • Analyse and provide insights on vehicle metrics such as fuel efficiency and costs;

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with drivers, suppliers, and stakeholders;
  • A valid forklift and truck licence or willingness to obtain one;
  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Experience working in a similar position with exposure to multiple stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of fleet management software and Microsoft Office suite;
