RAC currently operate 10 Auto Service Centres across the metro area providing servicing, maintenance and repair work to member and non-member vehicles. We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Detailer to join our Mandurah Auto Services team.

What will you be doing?

This position is an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service experience driving the courtesy vehicle as well as washing and vacuuming of customer vehicles post service and maintenance.

Overall responsibilities include:
- Washing and vacuuming all member/customer vehicles- Operating the courtesy bus service - picking up and dropping up customers- Maintaining courtesy vehicle appearance and readiness- Providing an outstanding level of customer service- Ensure a high level of work bay cleanliness whilst maintaining a safe working environment- Administration duties including filing and banking

This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours of work will be 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.

What are we looking for in you?- Excellent driving skills- Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships- Well-developed communication skills- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines- Previous experience in a customer service environment- Ability to operate basic electronic equipment including mobile phones and global positioning systems (GPS)- C Class manual driver’s license with a sound driving record
