Your Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Civil Drafters to join our Transport team to work on a variety of rail and road projects. This is a great career opportunity for someone with prior rail or highways experience who is looking for a new challenge. You'll be joining a supportive business that provides real career development as we continue to build the Mott MacDonald name within Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering civil and structural designs and documentation for various projects, i.e.: Transport Building projects, rail projects, tunnel projects, roads, and highways including earthworks.
- Sharing technical knowledge with the team, plus the opportunity to further develop your skills
- Mentoring of junior engineers and designers
- Working closely with the Transport team to develop and implement processes and procedures.
- What you will bring to the team:

- Experience using AutoCAD software packages is essential
- Revit experience is desirable
- Knowledge and experience using ProjectWise will be useful
- Experience in detailed design of transport infrastructure projects, both Rail and Highways
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian and local design standards
- Able to work autonomously and provide support and guidance to others
- Relevant industry experience will be highly regarded
