**Your new company**

Our client is an innovative engineering consultancy firm looking for a talented and motivated Civil Drafter to join our team in Sydney If you have a passion for civil engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field, we want to hear from you

You will play a crucial role in drafting and elaborating on civil plans for infrastructure projects. As part of the construction engineering team, you will work on ANZ projects.

With a background in construction consulting, you bring a wealth of experience in diverse engineering fields, as well as a strong sense of coordination in temporary works teams.

**Your new role**

As a Civil Drafter, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the design and development of roads, bridges, infrastructure, and building structures.

You will be using your technical drafting and AutoCAD skills to bring these projects to life and collaborating with our experienced engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to relevant codes and standards.

Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for various civil engineering projects
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to bring designs to life
Use AutoCAD software to create and modify design drawings
Maintain project files and records with accuracy and efficiency

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 2+ years of solid consultancy experience and a diploma in the field of civil design
- Strong technical drafting and AutoCAD Civil 3D skills
- Competent skills detailing stormwater drainage, road design and pavement
- Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles and design
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
