About the Role
As a Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the buildings, furniture and equipment to a high standard, having regard for the comfort and wellbeing of residents. There will be on call duties as required and a car allowance attached to this position.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in the maintenance of an aged care facility
- Knowledge of building regulations related to aged care
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Current police check (or willing to obtain)
- Vaccination certificate
- Good communication skills
- Reliable
