**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase materials in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand and meet procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance and report on findings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with procurement systems, preferably SAP.
- A proactive and solution-driven approach to work.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work on a rostered schedule.
