Click play, on your career today **What you will do**: - Be the Primary Contact for partners in areas such as programming, marketing and finance where you will manage activities such as content promotions, new user acquisition opportunities, partner payments, and reporting. - Implement partner hand-off once a deal has been completed and work with the partner to build an account plan to support each party's commitments under the agreement. - Manage onboarding of new channel partners including channel set-up, content ingestion and publishing process, teaching partners how to use the dashboard and related CMS features. - Surface sponsorships opportunities to partner by working with Ad Sales teams. - Log and track partner account status within Kick's backend, and regularly report metrics against established goals for each partnership. - Identify and build strategic growth strategies for newly onboarded partners. - Work with Product teams to identify new products (i.e. Extensions, Co-streaming with Kick influencers) that add value and audience to the partners' content on Kick **What you will bring**: - Must be fluent in Arabic & English, verbally and written - At least 1+ year of strategic account management or other relevant client relations - Project management and prior account management experience - Passionate and knowledgeable about the streaming industry and its operations **Bonus points if you also have**: - Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom - Experience in the digital video or entertainment industry - Deep knowledge of the UGC creator ecosystem - Sports, gambling and cryptocurrency knowledge are advantageous **Some of the perks of working for us**: - EAP access for you and your family - Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform - Paid volunteer day - Two full-time baristas who will make your daily coffee, tea, fresh juices and smoothies for FREE - FREE daily catered breakfast - Massage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this - Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays - Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles - 'Help Yourself' Cold Drinks Fridges and massive Snack Walls on every working level "We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer - we commit to respond to every applicant" We believe that the unique contributions of everyone at Easygo are the driver of our success.
