Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ Supply Chain Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

This role is based out of our Chatswood office with flexible working options, and reports to the National Customer Service Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**About the Role**:

- Ensure that a high volume of sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Ensure open communication channels with distribution, transport, and inventory teams are maintained
- Assist with claims investigation and processing of customer credits
- Work with the wider Supply Chain team ensuring that highest level of service are achieved and business objectives are met
- Manage daily customer enquiries including problem solving for supply and delivery issues

Qualifications:
**About you**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personable and polite manner
- Experience in a customer-oriented environment (FMCG advantageous)
- A high level of data accuracy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet business deadlines
- MS Office proficient
- SAP experience
