**Duties and Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the APS5 Project Officer is responsible for:

- Supporting the delivery of high-quality program assurance activities, including providing input to operational material such as project plans, assessment material, reports and recommendations.
- Building and maintaining working relationships with, and responding to enquires from, a range of internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation relating to program assurance activities, such as evidence registers and sample data.
- Developing team processes and frameworks to identify, investigate and gather evidence of non-compliance or fraud.
- Analysing employment services data to identify non-compliant behaviour.
- Researching market behaviour to develop and enrich risk indicators of non-compliance.

**Qualifications and Education**
- Audit/compliance qualification or experience, such as a Cert IV in Government Investigations.
- Contract management qualifications or experience.
- Project management qualifications or experience.
