Well-recognised Local Council is seeking an experience Program Support Officer for immediate start.

**Your new company**
This mature and virtually fully developed council based in Melbourne’s Inner Suburbs, is currently seeking an experience Program Support Officer to provide the provision of document control functions as a key element of the organisations review process and quality control process supporting the management of major infrastructure projects.

**Your new role**
As a Program Support Officer, you will be responsible for the following below:

- Provide document support to all design development, project management, engineering, site management, quality control processes and other project activities.
- Support the internal Work-in-progress Design Meeting for Metro Tunnel Project through managing meeting agenda and meeting information and following upon open action.
- Update and review project implementation plans to ensure process documentation is accurate.
- Track the progress of design reviews, RFI and comment close-out process, provide timely updates and reminders to internal stakeholders on due dates and ensure these are achieved.

**What you'll need to succeed**
The successful person will have demonstrated experience and abilities in project support and electronic records and document management systems, preferably from a project, construction or engineering based work environment. You will also have a high level of organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage workflows and competing priorities and respond pro-actively to work requirements.
