**About this role**:
The primary purpose of this role is to drive & support business growth through the development & coordination of strategic marketing initiatives & marketing plans.You’ll work directly with the executive leadership team to develop, implement & drive the overall marketing & branding strategy, it’s essential for this role that you’re a hands-on leader & you execution by example.
**Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and Lead market research initiatives to identify market trends & competitive landscape Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral Manage the firm's online presence & strategy Collaborate with internal teams to identify business development opportunities and create strategic partnerships to drive growth. Lead the development of proposal and bid strategies to secure new projects, working closely with the design and business development teams.

**Skills and Experience**

Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the architecture, design, or construction industry. A strong strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies as well as ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, & external partners Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
