**Your new job**

You will be a crucial member of the Client Experience Team who always goes the extra mile when interacting with their network of partners, clients, and suppliers.

If ‘I love creating outstanding client experiences’ is your work motto and you have the energy to see this through on a daily basis, then we want to hear from you Day to day you can expect to be tackling the below...
- Working with well-known breweries, logistic partners, and hospitality venues on a daily basis - you'll never be bored
- Overseeing multiple inboxes and monitoring the phone line, ensuring all enquiries are responded to quickly and accurately
- Collaborating with the sales team and ensuring client orders are being fulfilled and managed correctly
- Gaining information on timelines and updating clients accordingly
- Working with the Operations Manager to support with reporting

**About you...**

You are passionate, driven and easily remembered (a wicked sense of humour wouldn't go astray) and you pride yourself on doing a really good job every day You never accept second best, you don't watch the clock and you would certainly never drop the ball - your laser focus on achieving the highest quality outcomes for your customers is second to none

You get a kick out of helping people and making their day - it's just in your nature. Your work ethic will shine through in this small but dynamic team, it's an environment where everyone pitches in to help out. Essentially, if organisation skills were a superpower you would be wearing a cape

You will be pretty handy with the MS Office suite - look, you don't need to be a mathematician but if you can find your way around Excel and new software without too much trouble then you'll succeed.
