The business employs over 300+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 Tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

We are currently seeking experienced **Packing**Line/Machine Operators**to join our busy team in **Canning Vale** on Full Time employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate fish processing machinery such as packing machines.
- Set up machines at the beginning of each shift and conduct basic pre-start checks.
- Monitor machine performance to maintain product quality and output.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and hygiene standards.
- Report faults or breakdowns to maintenance or supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements.
- Assist with manual handling tasks, such as loading raw materials or packing finished products.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in Fresh Food Processing environment.
- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood.
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to communicate in English.

- Sound understanding of all WH&S Protocols
- Ability to work well in a team environment
