We are a growing our embroidery and printing department, dedicated to delivering high-quality custom embroidery for our clients. With a reputation for attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship, we're looking to expand our team with a skilled embroidery machine operator who takes pride in their work.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable running multi-head embroidery machines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all garments and products meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines (Barudan experience preferred, but experience in other brands are also highly regarded)
  • Hoop garments and prepare materials for embroidery.
  • Thread, adjust, and change needles, bobbins, and tension as needed.
  • Monitor production runs for quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine or design issues promptly.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
  • Stock handling and organisation
  • Operating Heat Press Machine

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with Wilcom embroidery software is a plus).
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle garments/materials.
  • Valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa authorisation to work in Australia.
