**About the opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the Group HR Manager, you'll join a passionate team of supportive colleagues, all working together to deliver great results. Within our own function, we are continuing to evolve our HR ways of working, maximise our systems and streamline our processes for maximum impact.

The role supports many leaders across four locations. You will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR advice and support in addition to:

- Managing end to end recruitment activities
- Implementation of HR policies, practices and procedures, and ensure compliance with legislation
- Provide accurate and timely advice and support to employees and managers surrounding employment terms and conditions, HR procedure and policy
- Preparation and facilitation of various training programs
- Provide operational and strategic advice regarding management of performance, employee development, disciplinary process and ER issues.
- Ensure the organisation is aware of, and complies with, all legislation relating to its duty of care, in all workplace practices
- Provide periodic key HR metrics reports

**Selection Criteria**

You will bring much to the role. Your experience and energy in driving change, your skills as a well-rounded HR Generalist, who is comfortable working directly with our leaders and their teams. Your interest and experience in employee relations and your ability to build close working relationships with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law
- Demonstrated ability to build leadership capability & manage organisational change
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Word, Powerpoint, Excel skills
