DCVics' Sil homes provide shared living options for People Living independently with a Disability. Managed by DCVic, our houses provide People Living with a Disability with safe, secure long and short-term accommodation options. People living in our homes are supported by DCVics' professional support staff to exercise their independence in managing their finances, cooking, personal care, social connections, shopping and more.

We need energetic, empathetic, and passionate Support Workers to staff our 3 houses in Warragul. You will be critical to our client's independence and well-being and critical to the smooth running of our new house and your support worker Team. You will help our wonderful housemates with daily living, and domestic chores. community access, sleepover support at night and meal preparation. You will become part of their family and part of the DCVic family.

About You.
- A great support person
- You will definitely have enthusiasm, positivity, attention to detail and great communication skills.
- Our clients are interested in cars, movies, and music and love a good chat we would love to find a support worker with similar interests.

You will need to have (or be prepared to get)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWC/Police check
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or 12 Months of Experience
- Current Australian driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration

We have multiple roles available with ongoing hours.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
