AAF has an exciting opportunity for an engineering manager in the dust collector department (IndustAQ) position to join our team based in Keysborough, Melbourne.

This “hands-on” role reports to the AAF Power and Industrial manager and is responsible for ensuring delivery of projects on budget and on time.

**Responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities include**
- Working with customers as the AAF point of contact for current dust collector projects.
- Interpreting engineering drawings and standards.
- Quality Control
- Working closely with AAF Spain's IndustAQ department (Spanish language desirable)
- Logistics and project scheduling
- Liaise with suppliers, sourcing quotes, managing orders, and scheduling from local and international suppliers, including AAF Spain, AAF Malaysia AAF USA and AAF UK
- Project management to ensure all projects run smoothly and on time
- Assisting with estimating and cost control
- AutoCAD drawing background preferred
- SAP knowledge, project ordering, and some invoicing, etc.
- Commissioning of projects on mine sites following a high level of safety.
- Site surveys

**Qualifications**

**To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in the following areas**:

- 5 years of Engineering project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
- Dust collector experience preferred
- Willing to help in a varied role of project management.
- High-level AutoCAD skills
- SAP ordering
- Be highly organised
- A sense of business acumen
- Highly motivated, keen to learn, with a strong customer-oriented ethic and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level understanding of or previous experience with the following products: Fans, HVAC, Dust collectors, filters, or compressors.
- BOSIET highly or interested in attending training to do offshore commissioning in the oil and gas industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $88,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
