We are seeking a detail oriented and organised Compliance and Onboarding Officer to join our team at our Docklands office. Key Responsibilities
As our Compliance and Onboarding Officer, you will manage a range of functions including:
· Managing the end-to-end onboarding and accreditation process for brokers.
· Collecting, verifying, and maintaining documentation, including licenses, insurance, background checks.
· Acting as the point of contact between brokers, internal teams, and aggregator partners.
· Maintaining records, dashboards, and reporting on onboarding progress.
· Ensuring broker applications comply with ASIC regulations, the NCCP Act, and aggregator rules.
· Monitoring and enforcing broker compliance.
· Handling regulatory queries and audits.
· Escalating non-compliance or risk issues to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
· Reliable and committed to working from the office.
· Minimum 6-12 months of experience in financial services compliance required.
Location: Docklands Office, Melbourne
Employment Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: Minimum 5 hours per day, 5 days a week (Flexible hours between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm)
Work Arrangement: Office-based (No remote work)
