We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced site supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

THE ROLE

  • This is a hand on role, supervising your team of labourers.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of team supervision experience is required.
  • Overall management of construction projects from initial setup through to completion
  • Project management experience across various project sizes is essential.
  • Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project and team.
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program

THE COMPANY

You will be joining a locally based demolition company that is expanding into civil and larger commercial projects.

You will be working directly with the operations manager.
